Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to refund or replace items that are defective in materials or construction with the same item, all electrical products come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect or not using according to instructions. The return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless upon return the product is found to be faulty; in this case Ultimate Aquacare will refund the shipping charges for returning the faulty item and will deliver your product free of charge.
Any packaged items must be returned with the the original packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund shipping for change of mind purchases.
